- Construction Stake-Out services
- Determination of the current capitalization rate based on land diversity
- Production costs compared to land diversity , analysis of gross and net revenue
- Determining the value of the fields
- Evaluation of the valued area remaining due to expropriation, and determination the criteria of these areas for expropriation
- Investigation of the effects (Positive/Negative) on the values of fields, and determination of the average transaction value and market value of the areas.
- Determination of the structure and outbuildings value
- Preparation of the Valuation Report
- Updating of cadastral information concerning the areas which will be expropriated.
- Inviting the negotiations
- Providing certificate of inheritance
- Conducting cession procedures at deed for the assets on which the reconciliation was achieved.
- Making the announcement of the notice
- Submitting all documents to administrator, which will be based for a law suit opened, related with the assets on which the reconciliation was not achieved.
